You make wonderful cakes but you don’t know how to capture them beautifully on camera? Your hobby is ceramics and you want to take nice pictures of beautiful dishes, but you can’t? For the seventh time, a training will be held in Haapsalu, where during three days you will have the opportunity to receive instructions, learn tricks and tips on the topics of food photography, stylistics and healthy food cooking. As an added bonus, we will prepare a memorable dinner together and learn how to make sourdough bread.
Daire Kaup, a 4-category chef and hostess of the Old Hapsal Hotel, who has worked in the Horeca industry for a long time and practiced in different countries, is the leader of food preparation and joint cooking.
Ragne Värk, the author of several cookbooks and a food photographer and stylist, takes care of the training in food photography and stylistics.
