In this two-day OHH sourdough and bread workshop, we will answer the question of why sourdough-based grain products are good, and go through all the stages of making bread or rolls. We will start with the sourdough: how to grow, feed, and store it. We will discuss which flour and tools to choose and cover the common mistakes and errors to avoid. You will learn the best decorating techniques and be introduced to the tools used for that. And, of course, we will reward ourselves with fresh, warm sourdough bread! Additionally, we will talk about other breads that can be made from sourdough.
