Our hotel is deeply infused with the flavours of different countries, food cultures, hiking trails, and the people who have inspired us. Every destination we have visited, every trail we have walked, and every table we have sat at has left its mark on our sense of taste. <\/p>\n\n

We have gathered these moments and flavours into our recipe book. Here you will find a selection of desserts, such as the date cake<\/a>, as well as savoury dishes \u2014 some of which have found their way onto the menus of our festive dinners and weddings, others into our shared cooking experiences, and still others onto our breakfast table. <\/p>\n\n

Each recipe has its own story \u2014 always connected to the people, cultures, and flavour experiences that have touched us in one way or another. Here, we share these stories and recipes with you, so you can travel through flavours together with us. <\/p>\n\n
