Hotel Check-In
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Early arrival is possible only by prior arrangement.
- A valid photo ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) must be presented at check-in.
- Guests must complete the registration form, including the names and personal identification numbers or birth dates of all adult companions.
- All forms must be clearly completed and signed.
Hotel Check-Out
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.
- Late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement, until 4:00 PM.
- An additional charge of €10 per hour applies after 11:00 AM.
- Upon departure, all hotel property (key cards, bathrobes, etc.) must be returned.
- A fee of €5 applies for a lost key card.
Payment
- Accommodation is paid either at check-in or in advance online when booking.
- All additional services must be paid before departure.
- The hotel does not accept foreign currency, checks, or less common bank cards.
Reservation
- Reservations are guaranteed until 6:00 PM.
- If you plan to arrive later, please inform the hotel by calling +372 5194 4432.
Additional Guests and Pets
- Room rates depend on the number of guests and the type of room.
- An additional guest is charged €30 per night plus €20 for breakfast.
- Unregistered guests must leave by 11:00 PM at the latest.
- Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and by prior arrangement.
- A fee of €30 per night applies for pets.
- Pets are not allowed in dining areas or hazardous locations.
- The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Accommodation for Children
- Children aged 14 and older are welcome at the hotel and stay under the same conditions as adults.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, or at another time by prior arrangement.
Smoking
- The hotel is non-smoking.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas in the hotel garden.
- A fine of €500 applies for smoking in non-designated areas.
Parking
- The parking lot is reserved for hotel guests only.
- The hotel is not responsible for vehicles or their contents.
- Illegally parked or hazardous vehicles may be relocated.
Public Order and Quiet Hours
- The hotel observes public order and quiet hours regulations.
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM and continue until 7:00 AM.
- In case of disturbance or a police call, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of up to €500.
Guest Responsibility and Code of Conduct
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.
- The hotel reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage incurred.
- Please observe proper etiquette and hotel rules.
- Shaving, body treatments, and hair coloring are not permitted in the hotel.
Hotel Responsibility and Supervision
- The hotel is not responsible for unattended belongings.
- The hotel premises are under video surveillance.
- Electronic key cards and codes must not be shared with third parties.
Handling of Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of discovering the issue.
- Written complaints should be sent to info@oldhapsalhotel.ee, including the sender’s name, contact details, and proof of purchase.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
